Implementation guidelines

The following page contains links to Article-specific guidelines. These guidelines aim to explain the different provisions of the new Copyright Directive and make suggestions on what to advocate for during the implementation process of those provisions at national level. COMMUNIA partnered with different organizations for the creation of these guidelines.

Implementation status per member state
